How can I order?

We have a variety of In Stock and Preorder products available to purchase.  New products drop on the website on Thursdays at 8:30 pm est.  Ready to Ship items are limited and have the chance of selling out.  Once they are gone, they will not be restocked.  Preorder items will be available with scheduled arrival times.  To see sneaks of our upcoming drops, follow our Facebook page and instagram.  Giveaways happen on our VIP page as well.

 

What are Preorders?

We have regular preorders and limited preorders.  Limited preorders indicate that the dress is already in production and only a specific amount of products will be available.  Estimated arrival times will always be indicated.  Regular preorders ensure that you will be able to get the sizes you need ahead of time.  These typically take about 6-8 weeks to arrive.

 

When will my order ship?

Ready to Ship (RTS) items, typically ship out the next day, but we do allow up to 5 business days to ship.  Preorder items ship within 3-5 days of arrival to the warehouse.  This allows us to inspect and get everything shipped.  Estimated preorder arrival times will be listed on product page.  We are not responsible for shipping delays from the manufacturer but will do everything in our power to get items out on time.  Please join the VIP page to get shipping updates on preorders.

 

How does the sizing run?

There will be a size chart listed on each product page.  Please refer to model stats for guidance.

 

My package is lost or damaged.  What do I do?

We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.  It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to the carrier and start a claim to an investigation.  We are unable to ship a replacement or issue a refund.  This should be resolved with the carrier.
